Extech 45160 3 in 1 Humidity, Temperature & Airflow Meter Details
The Extech 45160 is a portable, pocket-sized device that can be used to measure air velocity, relative humidity and temperature levels.
Featuring a dual LCD display, this device is capable of showing temperature and air velocity/relative humidity measurements at the same time to speed up testing procedures. Temperature measurements can either be carried out via a thermistor built into the unit or alternatively can be carried out using a type K temperature probe (sold separately).
When measuring air velocity the technician using the meter simply has to hold the built-in vane up to the application and the 45160 will work out the velocity reading. It can calculate velocity from 80 to 5910 ft/min, 0.4 to 30m/s, 1.4 to 108km/h, 0.9 to 67MPH and 0.8 to 58.3 knots. It can also work out a relative humidity readings from 10 to 95% as well.
Additional functions of this device include an auto off function, low battery/overrange indicator and MAX/MIN reading recording.
