The Extech MA120 is a comprehensive solution for carrying out AC current measurements up to 200A with max resolution of 100mA and accuracy of ±3%.
A mini clamp meter, the MA120 is small enough to be easily navigated into difficult applications but includes 0.7" jaws that accommodate for conductors up to 300MCM in size. To aid with using the clamp meter in difficult applications the MA120 also comes with a bright LED torch actually built into the unit, so if power is down or you're testing in an environment with poor lighting conditions you can easily see what you're doing and still carry out testing safely and with minimal fuss.
The MA120 can also be used as a tool to detect voltage thanks to its built-in non contact voltage detection system. This is built into the tip of the unit's jaws and can detect live voltages from 120 to 240V AC across frequency ratings of 50/60Hz.
This digital clamp meter is CAT III 600V safety rated.
