Extech 407780 Type 2/Class 2 Integrating Sound Level Datalogger Details

Measure and document sound with Extech's 407780, a type 2 sound level meter with built-in datalogging capabilities.
Featuring multiple measurement display modes (SPL, SEL, MAX-L/MIN-L and Leq), this sound measurement device is suitable for use in carrying out a number of different measurements across a decibel range of 30dB to 130dB. The 407780 also features programmable integrating time, A and C frequency weighting and impulse, fast and slow response settings.

This sound meter is ideally suited for carrying out measurements over an extended time period thanks to its built-in datalogging capabilities. The batteries of the unit will last on average for around 20 hours and it can store up to 32000 records on the device over the time it operates, making this product suitable for constantly measuring sound. The data stored on the tester can also be sent to PC and interacted with using the software included as part of this pack.
This product meets IEC 651/804 Type 2 and ANSI S1.4 Type 2 specifications. Extech recommend this product for use in performing Leq and SEL measurements, OSHA compliance testing, noise ordinance and machine noise evaluation.
