The Extech 461920 Tachometer provides non-contact RPM and revolution measurements of rotating and moving objects such as fan blades.
The Extech Mini Laser Photo Tachometer Counter is capable of counting up to 99,999 revolutions using a laser light source for improved accuracy and a longer measuring distance.
