Description

The Extech EN300 is a multifunctional environmental testing device that is ideally suited to a wide variety of technicians, engineers and professionals.

This device is capable of measuring air velocity and temperature, relative humidity, light intensity and the level of sound within an environment. This means that extensive surveys of buildings and other applications can be carried out using just one meter rather than several, saving a lot of time and effort constantly switching between different devices.
As an air velocity measurement tool, the EN300 can measure in ft/min, m/s, km/h, MPH and knots. When used as a light meter it can measure in footcandles and lux, can measure relative humidity from 10 to 95%RH, can measure temperature using a type K thermocouple or a thermistor and measure sound levels from 35 decibels to 130decibels with A weighting and fast response.

This meter also includes a number of other functions such as data hold, MIN/MAX functions, fast response time, a reversible display depending on which measurement type is being used and an auto shut down function when the meter is left idle.
